The RCB-7100 core board CPU adopts AM3354 and highly integrated system modular design concept. It integrates DDR3 memory particles with a capacity of 512MB/1GB, a capacity of 4GB/8GB eMMC, and a power management chip specially designed by TI for AM335x processor matching. In addition, a hardware watchdog is added to the core board, thus making the system run more stable.
