At its core, 2× Arm Cortex-A78 cores (2.4–2.6GHz) and 6× Arm Cortex-A55 cores (2.0GHz) deliver a balance of peak performance and power efficiency, with Arm Mali-G57 MC2 graphics (Vulkan 1.1) and a 10 TOPS NPU for AI acceleration. 8GB LPDDR5 and 64GB eMMC come onboard, both expandable.

The module drives up to 5K resolution or dual screens via 2× eDP and 1× MIPI-DSI/LVDS, handles 4K HEVC encode/decode, and supports 2× 4-lane MIPI CSI camera inputs.

A rich I/O set covers 2× USB 3.0, 3× USB 2.0, 1× PCIe Gen2, 1× RGMII Ethernet, 4× UART, plus I2C, SPI, PWM and GPIO for peripheral integration.

Running Android 15 or Ubuntu 22.04, the RCB-6201 follows the open-standard OSM Size-L footprint (45×45mm) and operates reliably from 0°C to 60°C.
