On April 29, 2020, Li Mingyuan, Deputy Secretary of the Xi'an Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Xi'an, led a delegation of principal officials from the Administrative Committee of Xi'an High-tech Zone, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau, and the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau to visit Shaanxi Rocktech Electronic Information Technology Co., Ltd. for research and inspection.
